Legal disputes can be unpredictable. If you have any concerns, please pick up the phone and contact us at any time.
Legal costs
Working with us
-
The cost of legal matters varies widely and can be unpredictable, particularly where matters go to court.
We will talk to you about costs at every stage, and provide estimates, so that you understand the financial commitment involved.
-
The initial engagement letter will provide an estimate of costs for the scope of works and how we charge for our legal services and at what rate. We will charge either by a fixed fee for specified work or on a time basis at hourly rates.
If the scope of work changes or our estimate changes we will provide you with an updated estimate.
We are committed to providing the most cost-efficient advice that we can for your case.
-
Our initial engagement letter will detail the payment arrangements.
-
Upon receipt of an invoice there are options to pay by electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card or BPAY.
